I was filming and Mike was "interviewing" Gina for a blog site that we both post at "Conservatives with Attitude". I will have to disagree with Mike slightly, I was threatened with legal action, which is the reason the police were called. One of the "Mall" cops blocked my car so I couldn't leave ( I wasn't planning on leaving anyway). What I did was go shopping in the Whole Foods, and about 5 mall cops waited outside for me to come back out and by then the town police had arrived. Of course, when the police heard why they were called they actually had to surpress the need to laugh. Actually, we got two of the officers to purchase their lunch that night at Whole Foods! Just to be clear, the rent-a-cop at the mall told us we couldn't film on the mall property because it is private property. My colleague who was doing the filming challenged them on it so they called the cops. We were never seriosuly threatened with being arrested. We told the cops the whole story, why we were protesting, etc. and I think they actually found it amusing. But once we stopped filming - before the cops even got there - no one was going to be arrested. This is Mike from Garden State Patriot.
